The Southwest Youth Basketball Organization is a program for girls in grades 3-8 who reside within the Southwest school district boundaries or are planning on doing school of choice to Southwest. Teams play competitive basketball at a higher league/tournament level.

In addition, camps and clinics are held in conjunction with the coaching staff at Southwest High School.
